YMN @ HOLM – A Look Back at Our First 6 Months supported by the State of Hesse

Since the beginning of 2025, the Young Mobility Network (YMN) has been part of the HOLM (House of Logistics and Mobility) community in Hesse and Frankfurt – and what a start it’s been!

Awards & First Steps

Even before the official kick-off, our founder Anna Filby took home the HOLM Startup Award 2024 for YMN – a fantastic recognition of the impact we aim to make. In 2025, things really took off. Supported by the HOLM funding program, we’ve hit the ground running with exciting formats and new collaborations right from day one.

Driving Change Together: YMN Gains Support from the State of Hessen

At the end of 2024, the Young Mobility Network was selected as one of just four startups to receive funding and support from the House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM). This milestone marks a major step forward — bringing with it invaluable mentoring, access to inspiring events, connections to potential partners, and our very first dedicated office space. We’re incredibly excited about what’s ahead!

01.2025 - YMN moves into their Co-Working Space at HOLM, Gateway Gardens in Frankfurt

The Young Mobility Network impressed me from the very first moment. Today, it is far more than just a start-up we support. Within a very short time, it has developed into an important cooperation partner of our Hessen Mobility cluster and is a real asset to our networking activities at HOLM. Together, we want to support the next generation of the industry and give it a strong voice.

Building Networks & Gaining Traction

From our screening of "A Human Ride" in Frankfurt at the end of 2024 to our first official meetup and HOLM house tour in March, we’ve created spaces for young mobility minds to connect and grow. We also teamed up with the House of Energy to host a job matchmaking session at their annual conference. In Spring YMN explored Frankfurt on bike and we jointly hosted our first joint conference on the topic of Employee Mobility in July including a joint Summer Party on the hottest day of the year!

Visual impressions speak volumes — we’ll let the images tell the story.

Beyond what the pictures show, we’ve been actively involved in HOLM clusters and university networks, forging partnerships, and fine-tuning our event formats. It’s been an inspiring start — and we’re only just getting started.

In May, we took to the streets of Frankfurt by bike with 30 mobility enthusiasts — community building in motion!

Next Level Mobility Conference & Summer Party in July

On the hottest day of the year, we turned up the energy indoors at our interactive conference “Next Level Mobility – Corporate Mobility Management,” co-hosted by the Young Mobility Network and HOLM GmbH.

Together with mobility changemakers, we tackled real-world challenges — using Technologiepark Fulda-West as a case study to explore access, infrastructure, and innovation in corporate mobility.

The day kicked off with a strong panel featuring Stella Reulecke (Lane Change) and Christine Breser (ivm GmbH), moderated by Anna Filby, covering strategies from car sharing to mobility budgets.

Two hands-on workshops dived into collaboration and mindset change — proving once again: real innovation happens when we sit down together.

🎉 We wrapped it up with a summer party and YMN-branded cookies (thanks, Linda Adams!). Huge thanks to all who joined us — and to Dott and ioki for the support!

02.07 YMN & HOLM Conference in Frankfurt “Next Level Mobility - Reshaping Employee Mobility”

Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Anna Filby and the Young Mobility Network. One of the highlights was our co-hosted conference ‘Next Level Mobility: Rethinking Corporate Mobility Management’, which received fantastic feedback. Together with Anna, we also kick-started a new partnership with an e-scooter provider for our upcoming event. We’re excited for the next years of continued collaboration with Anna Filby and the Young Mobility Network at the House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM)!

Let’s celebrate together!

All of this in just six months — and we’re only getting started. Join the journey, connect with Anna Filby, CEO & Founder of YMN, and discover how you as an individual or your organisation can grow with the Young Mobility Network.
