YMN Formats

In 2020, we initiated a series of digital sessions to help us navigate the challenges of lockdown. However, it didn't take long for us to realize our desire to transform into a vibrant network that fosters in-person connections alongside our online gatherings. Today, our offerings encompass a diverse array of formats, including Digital Input Sessions, Digital Networking Sessions, Regular's Tables in our Hubs, Lunch Roulette, and Excursions."

  • Digital Input Session

We host digital events featuring engaging 2-hour sessions. During these events, handpicked speakers showcase their intriguing mobility projects, spanning the full spectrum of the industry. These presentations aim to spark discussions and foster meaningful exchanges.
Plus, we dedicate 30 minutes to share the latest mobility news, where every member is encouraged to contribute fascinating industry insights.

  • Digital Networking

During these sessions, our members convene in smaller breakout rooms for networking and group discussions. We've conducted our digital networking sessions on several occasions and look forward to hosting more.

  • Regular's Table

The Regional Hubs complement our digital meetings with physical gatherings, featuring traditional "Stammtisch" meetups and exciting field trips. These gatherings prioritize personal networking, where discussions range from study backgrounds and career experiences to even favorite sports teams. Currently, we have hubs in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Munich and Rhineland, with plans to expand to more locations.

  • Lunch Roulette

In order to facilitate deeper connections among network members, we regularly arrange pairings to enable one-on-one conversations between individuals in between our larger networking events. This initiative aims to enhance personal connections within our community.

  • Excursions

We possess an insatiable curiosity and continually seek out chances to explore various mobility initiatives, businesses, and destinations. Among our memorable experiences are touring Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin, exploring the DB Ideenzug in Frankfurt and Berlin, and discovering MOIA in Hamburg.
