In this interactive session, we will explore the following questions together:

• What is needed for feedback to truly work at eye level?

• Which methods and practical approaches can help make feedback easier and more effective?

• How can feedback support us in building trust and strengthening collaboration?

Whether in a team, on a project, or in a one-to-one conversation: giving and receiving feedback is key to fostering trust, growth, and success.
