Innovation begins before the Summit.
A pain point is a real, unsolved challenge from the working day — strategic, operational or technical. Companies bring it in, a team of young talent makes it their project, and the best solutions reach the Summit stage.

How it works

Design thinking, prototyping & coaching — the company is there as mentoring partner.
Results pitch — the top 5 live at the UITP Summit 2027 in Hamburg.
