At the Young Mobility Network, our regional activities are all about connection and discovery - through casual meetups and field trips. From exploring BVG Jelbi stations in Berlin and VGF in Frankfurt to harbour cruises with HADAG in Hamburg and biking excursions, we dive into innovation together. We're currently active in six German regions - Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Rhineland, and Stuttgart - plus London, with more regions to come.

In the past, we've been at events like BUS2BUS, InnoTrans in Berlin, Interchange in Manchester, MOVE London, House of Energy Congress, and Bayern Innovativ Networking Event. In 2025, you'll find us at the UITP Summit in Hamburg, and we’re just getting started!

In March 2025, we proudly launched the first-ever Young Mobility Network Mentoring Programme - a new initiative designed to create more opportunities for connection, growth, and empowerment within our community.

In this pilot round starting April 2025, we matched 6 mentees with 6 experienced mentors from across the mobility industry. The goal? To foster meaningful 1:1 exchanges, provide support, and open doors for personal and professional development.

The programme is all about learning from each other, building relationships, and growing together. We’ll be evaluating the outcomes and are already planning a second round for autumn - so stay tuned!

Every month, you'll receive an invite through our newsletter - just sign up, and we’ll match you with another mobility enthusiasts from the network. Once you're connected, it’s up to you to arrange a casual virtual lunch or coffee chat whenever it fits your schedule.

It’s low effort, high impact - and a great way to expand your network, get inspired, and share ideas across regions and roles.
