At the Young Mobility Network, our regional activities are all about connection and discovery - through casual meetups, field trips, and mobility adventures. Our monthly digital Lunch Roulette is all about spontaneous, meaningful connections! Here's how it works:

Every month, you'll receive an invite through our newsletter - just sign up, and we’ll match you with 1–2 other mobility enthusiasts from the network. Once you're connected, it’s up to you to arrange a casual virtual lunch or coffee chat whenever it fits your schedule.

It’s low effort, high impact - and a great way to expand your network, get inspired, and share ideas across regions and roles.

In March 2025, we proudly launched the first-ever Young Mobility Network Mentoring Programme - a new initiative designed to create more opportunities for connection, growth, and empowerment within our community.

In this pilot round starting April 2025, we matched 6 mentees with 6 experienced mentors from across the mobility industry. The goal? To foster meaningful 1:1 exchanges, provide support, and open doors for personal and professional development.

The programme is all about learning from each other, building relationships, and growing together. We’ll be evaluating the outcomes and are already planning a second round for autumn - so stay tuned!
